Clarity and Focus

I have a few projects that I’m already involved in with my current position and I believe they could work, however, I am struggling with narrowing the topic to something measureable since I am working on district wide initiatives.

I am currently restructuring our digital learning department to be more of a design process/infusing tech for purpose rather than teaching cool and shiny tech tools. We are building a new digital cohort as well that I would like to act as campus visionaries. And lastly, I am working with admin and elementary campus ITs to be more present in planning and implement a coaching model instead of silos on a campus. All of these are huge and broad!

I’ve already had focus groups including student voice groups, elementary and secondary teachers, and administrators regarding all of these issues. I believe my data will be mostly qualitative in nature, since some of the research has already been done anecdotally and will likely continue that way.
