An ePortfolio is as important as you make it. Without being active and going deep, the content is not meaningful or relevant. The learning becomes visible once you are truly creating from the knowledge you are gaining. When published to an ePortfolio, the benefits include reflection for yourself, a journal brought to life to show growth over time, and a receptacle for others to share in learning.


As Barnstable says, there are benefits from the process AND the product - with these favoring the employer AND the student. That is a WIN/WIN tool!
